Stationery

Orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of placing the order. We shall provide you with an invoice detailing all costs, post and packing, and delivery times before the order is delivered.
As each card is handmade there may be very slight differences in size and colour. This is not grounds for a refund.
Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. 1 girl 1 dog is not responsible for the goods once despatched from our address.
A proof for each design and and wording will be sent for your approval before the order is made. It is up to you to ensure that the wording is correct, as no corrections can be made once the order is placed.
Bespoke design proofs must be agreed before the order is made. It is up to you to ensure that the design is what you require, as no changes can be made once the design is approved and the order booked.
Once you are happy with the proofs you must return them signed and dated. This acts as your acceptance of the design and the order shall be completed within the agreed timescale.
If you are supplying guests names and addresses for inclusion on stationery, or you are providing specific wording for the inserts, it is your responsibility to ensure all spelling and wording is correct. 1 girl 1 dog accepts no liability for incorrect spelling if it has been provided by you.
As each order is specifically handmade, once the order has been placed you must pay the full amount by the agreed date before the goods are despatched.
If photographs being used for bespoke designs are not taken by 1 girl 1 dog, e.g. photographs of the bride and groom as children, you must have gained permission from whoever has taken the photograph or who owns the copyright to use it. 1 girl 1 dog will not be able to use any images where copyright is uncertain.

Web-Site Design

Once we have discussed your design requirements a sample page will be displayed on 1girl1dog.com. You will be sent the url (web-site) link for the sample. To accept the design you must reply to the email with the sample site location and state you satisfaction with the design. It is up to you to ensure that the design is what you require, as no changes can be made once the design has been accepted and the order booked.
Once the full payment has been received, the site will be then be available from your chosen url, and not before.
1 girl 1 dog uses third party organisations for website hosting. This is to ensure that you receive the best possible hosting package at a reasonable cost. No guarantees of service can be made by 1 girl 1 dog on behalf of the host provider.
1 girl 1 dog cannot guarantee urls. We will discuss with you what name you would like for your web-site and we shall endeavour to obtain as close a match to this.
1 girl 1 dog is not responsible for any failure in service from third party suppliers, such as web-hosting or domain names.
Web-sites will only be available for the agreed length of time when booked. Once this has expired the web-site will no longer be available. If you wish to extend it past this date then please contact us to arrange this.
All web-site designs are copyright of 1 girl 1 dog. All rights reserved.
Any content (text or images) provided by you is your responsibility. 1 girl 1 dog will not be responsible for any errors provided by you, or liable for any copyright infringement of images. It is your responsibility to ensure that permission has been gained from the owner of the images for use on the web-site.

Photography

All images taken for you by 1 girl 1 dog will remain the property of 1 girl 1 dog, unless under written agreement by you and 1 girl 1 dog.
You must sign a licence to use for and 1 girl 1 dog must receive full payment before the images are released to you.
Any people/models used in images taken by 1 girl 1 dog must sign a model release form before images are released to you.
There may be an additional charge for photographing buildings, objects etc. This will be agreed for and included in your order before the images are captured.

General

All orders will take on average 6 to 8 weeks to complete.
If you require an order in a shorter time-scale, then please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.
